Is my donation eligible for a charitable tax receipt?

Any donation over $20 is eligible for a charitable tax receipt.

When will I receive my charitable tax receipt?

Donors will receive their charitable tax receipt approximately one to two weeks after we receive your donation.

Who do I contact about missing receipts or changing my contact information?

If you have not received or have misplaced your charitable receipt from The Support Network, we would be happy to issue you a replacement. Please phone 780-732-6637 or email skalynuk@thesupportnetwork.com to request a new copy of a receipt.

How do I sign up for The Support Network’s newsletter, The Listener?

The Listener is distributed electronically every two months. If you wish to receive a copy, please subscribe using the linked form.
